How to resolve error on connecting to app store?
This issue normally occurs when date is set wrongly. Steps on how to resolve error in connecting to App Store:

1. Open Settings, select General and choose Date & Time.
2. Turn on Select Automatically option.
3. Go back to App Store and test.

Try to troubleshoot what is wrong with the phone/ipad. Try checking the internet connection if it’s on. And make sure you updated your device. See if it helps.
