How to resolve error on connecting to app store?

This issue normally occurs when date is set wrongly. Steps on how to resolve error in connecting to App Store:

1. Open Settings, select General and choose Date & Time.

2. Turn on Select Automatically option.

3. Go back to App Store and test.

      Dint work for me. Internet acces is ok just no iTunes or app store

        I’m sorry to hear that. Maybe erasing and restoring would help.

      sorry but it is not working for me i hve ios 7 and i can not download any apps and youtube doesnt work for me please help

        Hi Mark,

        Try to troubleshoot what is wrong with the phone/ipad. Try checking the internet connection if it’s on. And make sure you updated your device. See if it helps.
