Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-IV 3070 Cannot Send Scanned File to PC

The reason you cannot scan to pc is because the ip address for your PC has changed. Therefore the printer cannot connect.

Here’s the steps on how to change IP Address:

1. Press Log In/Out and login using administrator password.
2. Click tools from right sidebar menu.
3. Select setup from the tabs on left.
4. Choose add address book entry from group.
5. Select the pc name you want to edit.
6. Edit Server Name / IP Address and click Save.
7. Close all windows and press Log In / Out.
